The European Commission requires us to reduce energy consumption in buildings and prepare them for photovoltaic panels.
The new European Directive – Directive (EU) 2024/1275 – states that new buildings must achieve “zero emissions.” Industrial buildings must also be “solar ready.” Materials used must be durable, thermally safe, and fire-resistant.
