It was not just a simple visual transformation of an old building. It was a reconstruction project that required many hours of work, starting from photographs reflecting the building’s initial condition.
Demolition works were carried out, walls were erected, concrete was poured, a new roof was built, and thermal insulation was installed. For the exterior walls, ROCK 7 Contact Plus, for the socle – FIBRANxps 300-L, while FIBRANgeo B-030 and FIBRANskin Barrier 2400 membranes were used for the roof.
