The Artificial Intelligence Research Institute of the Technical University of Cluj-Napoca is a new building intended to become a landmark of the university campus in the Zorilor district. With a total area of 13,170 m², the institute represents a significant investment for both the University and the city of Cluj-Napoca. The building will include two underground levels, a ground floor, and five additional floors.
For the thermal and acoustic insulation, as well as fire protection of the roof on which photovoltaic panels will be installed, Rock ROOF-90 thermal insulation boards will be used. For the inverted flat roof, FIBRANxps 300-L extruded polystyrene boards will be utilized.
