High-density rigid stone wool insulation board (CS 90 kPa)

Rock ROOF-90 is an extra high-density, rigid stone wool insulation board with a compressive strength of 90 kPa, designed for applications requiring exceptional mechanical performance and load-bearing capacity.

The boards are industrially manufactured by melting and fiberizing natural rock in accordance with European Standard EN 13162, ensuring consistent quality, durability, and long-term performance.

Applications

Rock ROOF-90 is developed for thermal insulation, fire protection, and acoustic insulation in building elements exposed to high mechanical loads and demanding service conditions.

Floor Insulation

Suitable for heavy-duty floating floor systems, including:

• Concrete screed floors with final finishes such as marble, ceramic tiles, or industrial flooring systems.
• Dry construction floating floors with final finishes such as timber or ceramic tiles.

The board maintains excellent thermal and acoustic properties while offering superior resistance to compressive loads and long-term deformation.

Roof Insulation

Designed for high-performance flat roof systems, including:

• Flat roofs with stone wool insulation protected by a screed and waterproofing membrane.
• Concrete or metal flat roofs with insulation covered by a waterproofing system.
• Solar roofs and “solar-ready” roofs designed to support photovoltaic systems and additional rooftop equipment.
