Rock ROOF-70 is a high-density, rigid stone wool insulation board with a compressive strength of 70 kPa, specifically designed for applications requiring superior mechanical performance and load-bearing capacity.

The boards are industrially manufactured by melting and fiberizing natural rock in accordance with European Standard EN 13162, ensuring consistent quality, durability, and long-term reliability.

Applications

Rock ROOF-70 is developed for thermal insulation, fire protection, and acoustic insulation in building elements subjected to increased mechanical loads and demanding performance requirements.

Floor Insulation

Suitable for floating floor systems, including:

• Concrete screed floors with final finishes such as marble, ceramic tiles, or industrial flooring systems.
• Dry construction floating floors with final finishes such as timber or ceramic tiles.

The board ensures excellent thermal and acoustic performance while maintaining high compressive strength and dimensional stability under load.

Roof Insulation

Designed for the external thermal and acoustic insulation of flat roofs, including:

• Flat roofs where the stone wool layer is protected by a screed and waterproofing membrane.
• Concrete or metal flat roof structures with stone wool insulation covered by a waterproofing system.
